About Me:

Hey everyone! My name is Robyn and I am a graduate of the A.O.S. & B.P.S. programs of the highly regarded Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. My education coupled with the experience from working in top restaurants in New York City and Florida, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and pastry chef of a local country club has allowed me to excel in the pastry industry.  As a full-time wife and mother of three beautiful children, I developed Cake Mockery as an outlet for my creativity!
